Feet's — Employee Engagement Platform
Overview
Rebuilt Feet's hybrid employee engagement app into fully native iOS and Android applications. Feet's combines internal social networking with gamified engagement — polls, team chat, badges, rewards, and an internal employee marketplace.
The Challenge
Feet's had a hybrid app that was limiting their product experience — slow performance, limited access to device APIs, and an inconsistent UI between platforms. They needed a full rebuild in native iOS and Android to deliver the responsive, polished experience their enterprise clients expected.
What We Built
We rebuilt the app natively for both iOS and Android, rebuilding each feature from the existing hybrid foundation with platform-appropriate patterns. The rebuilt apps included employee social feeds, real-time team chat, poll and survey tools, a gamified badge and rewards system, and an internal marketplace for redeeming earned points.
Results
The native rebuild delivered significantly improved performance and a consistent UI across both platforms. Enterprise clients reported higher adoption rates following the native launch. The move from hybrid to native eliminated the primary UX complaints from the previous version.

Questions & Answers
Why rebuild from hybrid to native instead of improving the hybrid app?
The hybrid architecture had fundamental limitations — performance ceilings, inconsistent UI behaviour across platforms, and restricted access to device APIs needed for real-time chat notifications and social features. A native rebuild gave full control over the UX and platform capabilities, which is what enterprise HR clients expect.
How did you manage rebuilding without losing existing features?
We used the existing hybrid app as a functional specification — documenting every screen, flow, and edge case before writing new code. This ensured feature parity at launch while allowing us to improve UX patterns that were constrained by the hybrid approach.
Do you work on HR Tech or enterprise engagement platforms?
Yes. We've built social feeds, real-time chat, gamification systems, and internal marketplaces for enterprise apps. We understand the specific challenges of enterprise software — admin controls, user management, and reliability requirements.
