IPR Manager — IP Practice Management SaaS
Overview
IPR Manager is a SaaS platform built and operated by Crinoid Technologies for Indian patent agents and IP firms. It brings case management, deadlines, documents, pre-filled legal forms, billing, and client access into a single workspace. Available at iprmanager.com.
The Challenge
Indian patent agents were managing their practices across spreadsheets, email threads, and generic project management tools — none of which understood IP-specific workflows like prosecution timelines, statutory deadlines, or official fee structures. Missed deadlines in patent practice have irreversible consequences for clients.
What We Built
We designed and built IPR Manager as a purpose-built SaaS for the Indian patent ecosystem. The platform covers the full matter lifecycle: intake, case management, deadline tracking with automated reminders, a document vault linked to matters, pre-filled IPO forms generated from matter data, invoicing, and a client-facing portal for status visibility.
Results
IPR Manager is live at iprmanager.com and used by patent agents across India. The platform validates our own engineering standards — every architectural decision we recommend to clients (clean APIs, proper auth, CI/CD, scalable data models) is in production here. We iterate on it based on direct user feedback from active practices.
