Overview

Contributed to the engineering of MyBell as part of Bell Canada's internal mobile team. MyBell is Canada's most-downloaded telecom self-serve app, used by over 10 million Bell customers to manage billing, usage, TV, internet, and device settings.

The Challenge

Bell Canada's MyBell app needed to serve millions of customers across a complex service portfolio — mobile plans, internet, TV, home phone, and device management — through a single, reliable mobile experience. The engineering challenge was maintaining feature velocity across a large internal team while sustaining a 4.3★ rating at scale.

What We Built

As part of Bell Canada's engineering team, we contributed to feature development and maintenance across the Android and iOS codebases. Work included building and refining self-serve flows for billing management, internet diagnostics, usage tracking, and device management — all designed for a customer base with varying technical literacy.

Results

MyBell continues to be one of Canada's most-used enterprise apps with 10M+ downloads, 243K+ Play Store reviews, and a 4.3★ rating. The app has received industry recognition for its UX and reliability.
